Practice Schedule
Practices are Tuesday through Friday. Friday is Fun Day!
Swimmers are expected to practice as much as their summer schedule allows. We are not like other sports with an expectation that you make practice everyday, but the more practices attended the more the swimmer can grow in their strokes.
4-4:30 pm Ages 8 & Under
4:30-5:15 pm Ages 9/10
5:15-6 pm Ages 11/12
6-6:45 pm Ages 13/14
6:45-7:30 pm Ages 15/18
Starting June 8th – Morning Practice Only for Teens
8-9 am Ages 13/14
9-10 am Ages 15/18
